Equity Venture Partners acquires and invests in value-add, grocery-anchored and retail shopping centers throughout the East Coast. Our partners bring more than 50 years of combined commercial real estate experience, with expertise spanning acquisitions, leasing, redevelopment, asset management, and value creation.
We act as the General Partner on our real estate investments and commit our own capital alongside our investors. Investors are invited to participate directly alongside the General Partners, creating an Equity Venture Partnership built around shared ownership, aligned interests, and a common investment objective.
Our team takes a disciplined, hands-on approach to opportunities where active ownership can create meaningful value through strategic leasing, redevelopment, repositioning, operational improvements, and asset management.
Venture Capital
Equity Venture Partners also provides access to select early-stage investment opportunities. Our CRE Technology Fund focuses on technology companies innovating within commercial real estate, where we can leverage our industry experience, relationships, and real estate platform as a strategic investor.
We also partner with the EQx Fund to provide a diversified approach to early-stage investing through an evergreen fund structure, investing across emerging technology and healthcare companies with the potential to build significant, scalable businesses.
