Sandhills Blvd., Aberdeen, NC 28315. The Property consists of an approximately 8.113-acre site featuring a diverse collection of 20 tenants, which benefits from its proximity to Southern Pines Country Club and Pinehurst as well as Fort Bragg. The golf community generates 1.1M annual visits to Moore each year and Fort Bragg is one of the largest and busiest military complexes in the world with 43,000 military and 8,000 civilian personnel working on post.
