Adam Kraus

VP of Asset Management & Acquisitions

Adam joined EVP in 2025 and focuses on identifying and underwriting new opportunities to add to EVP’s real estate portfolio as well as managing the existing portfolio of properties. Prior to joining EVP, Adam spent 6 years as a strategy consultant at Dean & Company, advising Fortune 500 companies, private-equity firms, and startup companies. During this time, he developed retail expansion strategies for a regional banks, conducted due diligence for over $2B of M&A activity, and provided fundraising support for $1B of startup funding.

Adam received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Business from Wake Forest University.
