As Senior Controller of EVP Management, Tobin is primarily responsible for the implementation of appropriate financial controls in ensuring compliance with accepted accounting processes and legal requirements not only for the Company itself but also for each of EVPM’s managed assets.  In addition, Tobin is responsible for budgeting, CAM reconciliations, financial data analysis, record-keeping and financial reporting to Senior Management.  With over 22 years of experience in property management accounting, commercial and residential construction and development, Tobin is involved in all aspects of financial management, inclusive of corporate accounting, budget and forecast preparation, and internal regulation.  He further serves as the primary point of contact for Owners regarding their accounts and monthly reporting.

In addition to the above stated roles, Tobin also serves as the Company’s in-house IT professional.  Tobin Dozois holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Franklin Pierce University.
